Simple WiFi Profits Review – Don’t Be Hypnotized By It!

Updated: April 16, 2020
by Ray Alexander

I was invited to join Simple WiFi Profits. Intially I was excited to hear about young "college dropouts" making a mindboggling amount of money within a short period (something like $960k in a month). I watched the introduction webinar and unfortunately, was pretty underwhelmed by it. The insanely long webinar (i.e. recorded video) had little content, the method is not new, and most of all, there was one contradictory "guaranteed promise" that I couldn't ignore.

For these reasons, the invitation webinar didn't convince me to join and therefore my Simple WiFi Profits review is based on what I heard on the webinar. Although it's pricey, it seems to offer a number of bonus packages which I'll explain later. If you're interested, join the webinar and make your own decision.

What Is Simple WiFi Profits?

Simple Wifi Profits is a training course on making money by promoting the bestselling products from ClickBank using Facebook ads. The method itself is not new; thousands of other ClickBank affiliates are doing it and we have already seen similar courses such as Commission Hero1K A Day Fast Track, etc. The key elements that they teach are all the same;

  • Focus on a profitable niche (health, wealth or relationships),
  • Use Facebook Lookalike Audience, and
  • Start with a small budget, invest your profits on more ads and scale it up.

What makes Simple WiFi Profits different is perhaps the in-depth level of support. The young & energetic co-creators, Chris Eom and Andrew Wright will run monthly coaching sessions as well as a private mentorship group, and they'll give each member a call every other Wednesday.

Simple WiFi Profits Review

Who Is Simple WiFi Profits For?

What they teach you in the webinar is very basic information such as how to search for products on ClickBank, and they seem to avoid using jargon. So Simple WiFi Profits (SWP) is targeting those who are brand new to online marketing.

Who's Behind Simple WiFi Profits?

The webinar is hosted by Mike Balmaceda but the actual company is WiFi Bosses LLC, which is owned by Andrew Wright and Chris Eom. The company was incorporated in the state of California in September 2019 and re-registered in March 2020 as a consulting business, according to the Open Corporates database.

The "4 Step" (or 2 Step?) Method

The "4 steps" that the Simple WiFi Profits teaches is actually nothing special - this is something that every affiliate marketing training course should normally tell you as a basic rule on Day 1.

And there really are only 2 steps, because the answer to the 1st step is already revealed, and the 4th step is not a "step" but it's a result of using the method.

Simple WiFi Profits 4 Steps

Anyway, the 4 steps are;

Step 1: Find a Big Problem

We all spend money to solve our problems. If your boiler breaks down, you pay to get it fixed, unless you can fix it (solve the problem) yourself. "Health, wealth and relationships" are 3 of the biggest and evergreen problems that many people spend a lot of money to solve. Just like you've been wondering if you should spend $1.5k on the Simple WiFi Profits course because you have a problem; i.e. you want to get out of the position you are now and get rich, so you need to pay to learn the skills.

As far as Simple WiFi Profits is concerned, health (weight loss) is the best niche, because the guys claim that this is the niche that made them $960k within 31 days.

So the answer to Step 1 is already there; millions of people in the world want to lose weight, so you're going to help them by recommending a weight-loss product.

Step 2: Find a Product (Solution)

You don't have to have your own weight-loss product to sell. You can sign up with ClickBank and find the bestselling products pretty easily. The webinar very quickly explains how to find it.

ClickBank Affiliate – How To Use ClickBank and Make Money

Step 3: Share the product

Finally, the webinar reveals what kind of method Simple WiFi Profits uses to make money. Unless you are totally new to affiliate marketing and have no clue what to do, this is actually the only information that you would have been looking to find out;

  • Use Facebook ads.
  • Target the right audience - people aged from 25-65 who are interested in weight loss issues.
  • Use Facebook Lookalike audience (assuming the list will be provided by SWP).
  • Start with a daily budget of $5, and gradually scale it up.

Step 4: Make Sales

It's not a step, it's a provisional result. You get paid weekly, if you make sales... That's because ClickBank pays out your affiliate commissions weekly.

The Reasons Why I Wasn't Convinced

Frankly, the webinar content is of low quality and is extremely stretched, in my opinion. I'm going to break down the reasons why I wouldn't join Simple WiFi Profits, there are quite a few...

#1 They Spent $3m On Researching

They claim to have invested $3 million on this system for "testing and testing." But they only set up a limited liability company 6 months ago. To spend that much money on researching, it must have taken them a lot of resources (people) and data analysis projects.

However they never reveal the result of it or what they actually spent for. Assuming the target webinar participants are total newbies, they don't need to know anything in great detail, but at least they should reveal a hint of it, e.g. what worked and what didn't.

#2 Income Claims - Too Repetitive!

Income Claims

Every couple of minutes throughout the video, the host repeatedly shows you the ClickBank income screenshots over & over again and ecstatically tells you how much money these guys have made. It seems to me as if the video was purposely created that way to psychologically wind you up. I'm sure it wasn't, but it appears to me that way and there's a reason for it.

If they had invested $3m on researching, they would have had good analytical data in hand. So instead of simply showing a series of large amounts with random dates back and forth, they could have shown a case study... or something a little more constructive.

The first 45 minutes of the webinar is all about these young guys - repeatedly telling you how much money they have made. After that, it finally starts to explain about the "4 Step Method", but because the webinar host keeps interrupting himself with an income screenshot every couple of minutes and goes...

  • "Look! Ten thousand dollars!"
  • "It's easy!"
  • "Wow, a hundred and twenty thousand dollars!"
  • "All you need is your spare time!"

I don't know whether you might feel the same way, or be hypnotized by these screenshots? But I felt so annoyingly distracted and agitated.

#3 Quantity Over Quality?

Around 60 minutes into the webinar, it starts to tell you what's included in the Simple WiFi Profits. The price will finally be revealed after 90 minutes. There are a number of items for the price of $1,497.

Simple WiFi Profits What's Included

There are two problems.

The first problem is, the webinar host never tries to prove that this program is not "quantity over quality". For example, it offers 4 different types of support;

  • 24/7/365 VIP support concierge service
  • Monthly coaching call live with Chris & Andrew
  • Chris & Andrew will call you every other Wednesday
  • Private mentorship group

But how each support type can help you differently is never explained, or even the difference between these four.

The second problem is also about the help and support. This webinar is hosted by Mike Balmaceda, but the actual owners, Chris and Andrew hardly speak to you. However, they are the ones who are going to be hands-on in the actual course.

You see what I mean, they never even try to convince the webinar participants that they are good coaches. No one knows who Chris and Andrew are, so we just have to believe what's being said and assume the photos of them are real. They're just two young guys who may or may not be making any money online.

But assuming they're good coaches, we'd like to know things like;

  • Why will they have to give me a call every other week, and what for? Just to motivate me?
  • Will the phone calls really help me?
  • What is actually going on in the private mentorship group?

What we most want to know before spending $1.5k is really, that kind of thing. Not simply the list of things we'll get.

#4 Peculiar Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with SWP, you're covered by ClickBank's money-back guarantee, which is reasonable as always with any ClickBank products.

But this is something else - I mentioned it at the beginning of this review post - something that doesn't make sense to me.

As a reward, SWP also promises to give your money back ($1,497) if you make $10,000 using the method at any time. NOT if you don't make it. If you do make $10,000.

So they're effectively saying to the prospective students, "you guys are never gonna achieve $10,000 in total, however long it takes."

Well, I'm sure that's not how it's intended to say, but without a proper explanation to this peculiar offer, it does mean what it is, doesn't it? These guys are running a business by selling this training program. If the majority of the students achieve $10k sales and get their course fee back, the business won't make money.

#5 Fake Scarcity!

It claims that Chris & Andrew are only taking 30 students - that's a fake scarcity technique that many scammers use. I'm not saying these guys are, but legitimate online training courses may set the deadline (e.g. discount if you join by this Sunday), they never limit the number of spots!

Price and Refund Policy

I've already mentioned the price, i.e. $1,497 if you pay all at once, but SWP also offers you to pay in 3 x monthly installments of $577 each ($1,731 in total).

Simple WiFi Profits' refund policy states that if you cannot get results within 45 days of purchase, then it will refund you. But you must claim it within 45 days, "absolutely NO exception."

45 Day Success Guarantee

However the webinar says something different... "If you don't make money within 45 days, they'll coach you until you do."

But they will have been coaching you already by then. If you wait for 45 days, ask them to coach you more and still make no money, obviously you'll have passed the deadline and won't be able to get your money back.

45 days is the term they set out to make a promise of success, and they're implying anybody can generate 6-figures by following these steps. You are entitled to a full refund if you don't see it coming. Simple WiFi Profits is a product sold via ClickBank, so I suggest that you make sure to contact ClickBank and ask for a refund (accessible from your email receipt). This way, you can get your full refund within 24 hours without a mistake.

Simple WiFi Profits Review - What Do You Think?

I believe my opinion of Simple WiFi Profits based on the introduction webinar is fair. Thousands of course tutors out there offer a free webinar (i.e. web seminar!), use it to demonstrate the quality of the course content and encourage the students to pay to join in. Flashing 6 figures in your face every few minutes and repeating "Wow, these guys are so rich! And you'll be rich too"... That's NOT a seminar.

I must also add, I couldn't help but notice the lack of emotional connection, although they all sounded friendly. I may have had a little more positive opinion towards this product if these guys had actually been on the screen and talking to the camera.

  1. Smart guy, even though he didn't buy the program I would highly recommend you listen to this review.

He knows what he's talking about. Save your money.

    1. Sorry if you’re confused. It’s totally free, and also spam-free. If you don’t like it, you can simply unsubscribe and you won’t hear from me again. No strings attached 🙂

  2. Yeah, Simple wifi profits is a scam. you will never make any profits but end up spending more money! don’t believe it. it’s a joke man.

  3. I was doing dishes while listening to the webinar so I didn't see the money accounts constantly being flashed on the screen but that doesn't surprise me.

What I found irritating was when the speaker kept asking the people on the chat box to comment on what he was saying.

This program sounds almost identical to the Healthy Commissions System which I had seriously considered joining but found out that the owners of that program used scammy and lying tactics to make money. Not saying Simple Wifi Profits does this, don't know, but the webinar sounded very salesy and high pressure, etc., about like most stuff that I see and hear online about making money. I guess it just comes with the territory. Really hate to give up on trying to make money online, but it looks like this whole area online is a cesspool.

Haven't gave up yet, but probably will eventually.

    1. Hi Rod, thanks for sharing your thoughts, and for the info re: Healthy Commissions System. Like I said in the post, many tutors run a free introductory webinar to provide value and logically explain why their training program is worth paying money for. Unfortunately I wasn’t convinced because this one didn’t make logical sense to me, and it wasn’t even a “web-seminar”.

Your point about “giving up trying to make money online” – if you’re not interested in the program that I’m in (the link above, at the end of the post), check Philip Borrowman’s training Best Affiliate Marketing Course: Simple Traffic Blueprint Philip Borrowman Review I’m not affiliated to him and I would genuinely recommend it to those who wish to make money by being trustworthy to the audience. It’s worth taking a look, I believe! Any questions don’t hesitate to get back to me, I’m here to help as much as I can. I wish you all the best. Thanks for your comment!

      1. Thanks Ray for providing a link to the traffic blueprint.

Didn't mean to indicate Wealthy Affiliate as being no good. Wasn't directly thinking about it when posting.

I was however involved with a similar training program as Wealthy Affiliate and I hit it really, really hard for 3 years and still just couldn't get it to work. They had a forum where members could post questions and stuff, and I used it quite a bit, but it just never worked out. Couldn't get the help needed on some very important issues. They were too laid back about everything.

One time when I posted a question that I thought was extremely important to where it could mean the difference between the life and death of your business, one of the members responded saying that they didn't deal with that kind of stuff. Huh? Maybe I should have tried harder instead of getting discouraged, lose motivation and quit.
I suppose that's why when I see Wealthy affiliate promoted, it somewhat turns me off and I skip over it.

        1. Hi Rod, I think I see what you mean. I guess it’s almost impossible to find the best business forum or “help community”. This is off the topic and it’s about Wealthy Affiliate but, people are helpful there – it’s “bitching free”. No one ever denies what you ask for (I’ve seen two or three out of thousands in the past 5 years). The flip side is, they all try to help & try to be nice, you may get too many irrelevant answers. Sometimes it’s easier to google and find better advice by experts.

Sorry to hear that your business site didn’t work for 3 years… If you still have it, or have a backup of the content, I think you should continue though! “If you never give up, SOMETHING will happen.” I still keep telling myself whenever I feel like a failure.

  4. Accurate summation of a long and vague webinar offer. It’s served up “streaming” but I attended at a late hour California time.
Their webinar host is good but I was drifting away as there’s nothing revealing about the way it works until about an hour in.
Good host, totally hyping the story of how the guys got successful but this is 6 months later and they use the trick of saying you’ll be behind if you don’t join by Monday. Fake time and scarcity as it was Monday already. Long and not full of value.
Totally reliant on FB so if your account gets suspended you are not able to make sales.
    BS I’d say.

    1. Hi Mick, thanks for your comment. Yes, you’re absolutely right, many marketers/sellers use fake scarcity techniques, but they only work if the actual content is convincing… Unfortunately not with this one. Thank you for sharing your points. I wish you all the best!

  5. I'm interested in the Affiliate Marketing job. The problem is that there are many of them out there. You don't know the good and the bad ones. There are scammers everywhere in the world. I used to think it's only in my country Nigeria that you find such wicked acts. I used to trust everyone in the Western world. Not anymore! It's still human beings who make the world difficult and we're not finding it easy. Westerners must do something to reclaim their enviable Identity.
Could you help me with a legitimate affiliate marketing company with little or no sign up fee. I need to be busy. I don't have a job and my family finds it difficult to feed. I don't want to be scammed under this kind of situation. I need the job so desperately! Please, help me.
    Thank you

    1. Hi Anthony, thanks for your comment. I suppose scammers have always been around in any part of the world, but now everyone’s trying to start an online business, it seems easy for the scammers to sell inferior “make money online” products.

So answer your question – the majority of affiliate programs are free to sign up with, you know. It’s just network marketing (multi-level marketing) products that you’re usually required to purchase, or pay monthly membership fees. You can also promote your affiliate products by using free sales funnel builder such as GrooveFunnels.

All the platforms are available for free. But if you don’t know how to use them and how to actually make money by using them, you may have to receive training, which could cost you – my best recommendation is Simple Traffic Blueprint by Philip Borrowman – I’m not affiliated to this one. Philip teaches how to build trust and promote affiliate products in the most honest & genuine way. I hope this helps. I wish you all the best!

  6. I am not sure what happened, but they dropped me with out notice and have not refunded my fee! Beware!! These guys do not communicate!

  7. Hello Ray,
I know my post does not relate to your post (although I have seen Simple Wifi Profits webinar), I very much agree with your post. The problem on my end was that I definitely don't have the $1500 dollars to start their program.
I am fairly new to the space of ecommerce, and I am in dire need of a mentor. After reading your posts, I feel that your experience is exactly what I am looking for and needed for me to make money online. I would love to come in contact with you but am unsure how to do so. This is a very serious inquiry, and I really hope you would be interested in teaching someone your ways. I am very eager to learn and money hungry, let me know if you would be willing to start this opportunity with me.
    Thanks

    1. Hi Curt, thanks for your comment. I’m glad you agree with me. I personally don’t think anyone should charge such a high fee in advance – it’s just an affiliate marketing training course and there are plenty of training courses available out there, offering much lower fees, and they’re all similar to one another.

Thank you Curt for your kind words. But I’m a blogger, I don’t offer mentoring services and e-commerce is not my specialty either (quit a few years ago to focus on content/affiliate marketing). But if you have any questions or need some help, please don’t hesitate to get back to me at any time. I’ll try as much as I can. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, I wish you all the best!

  8. your missing the point. they give free webinar coz this training is over 1k$ they give students the opportunity to see the proofs. they give proofs they make successful and the students can decide to follow . so, if wnat to take simple wifi profits click the link

    1. Hi Mishra, first of all I had to remove your link because as per the disclaimer I cannot legally allow someone else’s affiliate links on this site.

I appreciate your comment, but I’m afraid you are the one who missed the point of my Simple WiFi Profits review. Yes, many tutors nowadays offer a free webinar to convince prospects to fork out for the expensive one-time entry fee, because it’s the best/only way for them to make good money. There are hundreds of affiliate marketing training courses available, I wouldn’t personally pay a lot of money unless the tutor is well-known.

Unfortunately the participants of this particular “webinar” don’t get to see the valid proof. I already explained the reasons in the post. My message is, summarize what you think you’ve learned from the webinar and reference it against my review. The two young guys never taught you anything directly in the webinar, but if you want to taker a chance and follow them, it’s your call. All the best.

  9. I was looking for a review because I want to buy the simple wifi profits course, this review seemed really mediocre to me because you actually didn’t buy it, how can you make a review of something that you don’t have and haven’t seen? it doesn’t make any sense. I have seen other reviews of people that actually bought the course and they are really accurate in pos and cons.

Your review doesn’t convince me for not to buy it, I’ll keep looking for serious people’s reviews

    1. Hi Luis, thanks for sharing your opinion. As I said in the post, my review is based on the “webinar” a.k.a sales video, which I wouldn’t trust at all, and this is my personal warning to my readers. In my opinion, it would be stupid to spend a lot of money after watching such shallow content.

But remember, this is ONLY my own honest review as a blogger and experienced affiliate marketer. Which reviews you trust is entirely up to you, the decision is all yours. I appreciate your comment. I wish you all the best!

  10. Hey, I know this is 100% scam. I have a proof of complaints from more than 10 people. They are scammed coz some affiliates were selling simple Wifi Profits just for money erroneously. To prove this, Look at this site ====>>>
You see there are no decent products or techniques but these people are so disrespectful to everyone who needs to seriously learn to make money. Don’t believe any of this s*** if you don’t want to regret it!

  11. It seems like they are all a bit of a scam and I suspect if you pay attention and do the constant work you could come up with something selling affiliates. It seems that most of these guys that are for free webinars or just selling you their tools which may or may not work. I would like to make money online is there anyone that you trust I am an older generation and would really love to know.

    1. Hi Barb, thanks for your comment. It depends on how you want to make money…if you’re interested in content marketing (promote products on blog sites like I do), then join me from the homepage Start Here. Free to join, free to build one website, the first 10 training modules for free. The monthly charge is $49 but that’s including up to 10 websites (plus extensive training & support), I don’t believe you can find the same value anywhere. Any questions don’t hesitate to get back to me at any time. I wish you all the best!

  12. Thank you Ray. i could’nt agree more!!! Your review is a lifesaver! i almost swiped my card for their bait..

I hope others will find your review like i did before jumping in..

    Lesson learned.

  13. Thank you for your insightful review. All the reasons are there not to buy scam trainings. I have seen too many now that I am home because of covid. I don’t know which one to believe. Please help.

    1. Hi Alexis, thanks for your comment. It really depends on what you’re good at and what kind of products you want to promote as an affiliate. As I mentioned in the post, I find Commission Hero useful myself, but it’s not for everyone. Check my review and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to get back to me at any time. I wish you all the best!

  14. Hi Ray, thank you for the interesting review. I agree with most of the points that you raised. Webinar should be educational, should not be a sales video. I tend to believe videos more if a real person is talking to the camera. It sounds like this is not a good affiliate marketing training. I also agree about quality, not quantity. It sounds like it’s worth the money because of the number of items. But it is too expensive for giving wrong information. I hope new people don’t get scammed by this. Thank you for your honest review as always.

  15. This is a scam. I signed up for free to join the webinar but it was not live. They pretend like they had some audience calling out some names. I only decided to watch it because somebody I knew recommended it to me by email. No real person was on the webinar but only voices and photos but they don’t tell you which one is who. I could not watch it through.

    1. Hi Rose, thanks for sharing your thoughts. This kind of free webinar is usually a recorded “pretend live”, yes, calling out the attendees that they don’t exist – many webinar hosts do that. It doesn’t mean they’re scams though. But I’m kind of glad you said you couldn’t watch it through. No real people on the video and it’s too repetitive. You have better things to do!

  16. Hey, I see you promote commission hero instead. Any major difference between the two or it the same system using fb?
I’m struggling to get my new business on track selling goods/drop shipping. I wanted to find a business model that I can find quick results and that can scale up over time. What’s your suggestion? Thanks

    1. Hi Lawrence, yes they’re both the same and I would recommend Commission Hero. There’s a part of the training that can apply to your drop-shipping business (how you can use Facebook ads and your landing page that sells). But it’s about selling the products that are proven to sell as an affiliate. Perhaps you can try it while you continue to try improving your business, then run them both in parallel? Any more questions don’t hesitate to get back to me. Thanks for your comment.

  17. This article gives the light in which we can observe the reality. This is very good article, nice one and gives in-depth information. You might think webinars are all educational but some are not. I have seen many scam webinars but people don’t realize it when they are desperate to learn something new.

    1. Hi Bjorn, thanks for your comment. I agree with you. As I said in the post, an introduction webinar is there to help you make a decision whether to spend money on your membership or not. As a viewer, you must always ask yourself what you’ve learned from the webinar, not be swayed by what the webinar host tells you that you’re going to get if you join.
