Is Health Coaching Popular Among Seniors?

Health coaching for seniors involves guiding them to achieve their wellness objectives. We can all think of a few issues such as weight loss, managing chronic conditions, improving fitness, and adopting healthier lifestyles. As a health coach, you support, advise, and motivate your clients to make not just physical but mental changes over time.

For seniors, health coaching is especially valuable. We all face more health issues as we get older such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, or simply wanting to stay active and healthy. Your experience helps you connect with and support your clients.

  1. I was scammed by 2 of very famous health coaches. They took money in advance then gave me links but the links didn’t work and when I asked them they said as if I was in the wrong. I paid more than 1000 dollars to both of them and they didn’t respond when I asked them for my money back. I don’t want anybody to experience what I experienced and I want to warn everybody.
