SEO is undoubtedly one of the most frequently discussed topics by webmasters. Without knowing how to increase website rankings, you won't get very far. If your site is not ranked in Google and no one finds it, your writing effort will be wasted. But there's a vast amount of SEO information, so profound that some important 'must-do' technique can be overlooked.

Jay Neill, the Training Chief of Wealthy Affiliate shows what exactly needs to be done step by step. And I mean step-by-step. No lengthy explanations, all straight to the point and clear.

How To Increase Website Rankings

Get Ranked on Google Within Minutes

Why do I recommend you to follow Jay's steps? Because it does work - not just for content marketing experts, it works for everybody. As long as you've used ranking-worthy keywords in your post, follow Jay's exact method and your page will appear in Google search within minutes.

Getting your post ranked in the first page of Google is a different thing - Jay also demonstrates in separate weekly webinars such as;

  • 21 Minute Ranking Method in 7 Steps
  • Your First 60 Minutes After Content Creation
  • 7 SEO Strategies to Explode Your Rankings in 2018

You'll witness Jay posting his blog post, taking you through with these necessary steps, and 21 minutes later the post being ranked in the first page of Google. You would think that's because Jay is an SEO expert and his website has a high authority - yes to some extent. But by using some interesting long-tail keywords, first page of Google is achievable for anyone!

Terminology Check: SEO and SERP

Just to check the basics; two abbreviations, have totally different meanings to each other but are often used for similar purposes. "SEO Advisor" and "SERP Advisor", for example.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization): is to 'optimize' a website in order to rank in search engine. To make a site search engine friendly.

SERP (Search Engine Results Pages): are the actual webpages that are listed in search engines.

So Mr. Jay Neill's blog is about SEO technique to make sure your web page appears in SERP. He talks about On-Page SEO (how to create your webpage that'll be ranked in search engines) and Off-Page SEO (after the webpage's been published, what to do with it to make sure it'll be ranked in search engines).

It won't take a few minutes to take a quick look. Bookmark the page and come back to it over & over again until taking these exact steps becomes a second nature. And if you like this essential guide to increase website rankings, join Wealthy Affiliate to watch Jay's weekly live webinars. All the past webinars are recorded and available to watch retrospectively any time, 24/7, throughout the year.

    1. Hi Tien, thanks for your comment. How long it takes for your web post to appear on Google (by following Jay’s steps) depends on your site trust, but if the page is ranking-worthy (with the right keywords, good meta information) it should appear as quickly as less than 1 hour. Good luck Tien, and let me know how it went!

  1. This blog is really helpful. I know Jay (not personally). He’s the most helpful guy. I was a WA member and not only loved his weekly webinar, but found him very approachable and sincere. I wrote a blog or questions a few times and Jay left a comment. His reply was very useful. I only left the membership because I was becoming too busy with my real estate business that’s manageable without a web resources to this day. I found your site upon checking how competitive niche marketing is nowadays, as my 18 year old daughter is thinking about it as a hobby to start with.

    I appreciate your Post. Thanks.
    Andreas

    1. Hi Andreas, thanks for sharing your experience. Yes Jay is helpful, isn’t he. I saw someone’s comment about Jay’s webinar on sales funnel the other day, he said “I could easily pay $100 for this (hour long) webinar alone.” But accessible for free for the members. I wish you the best of luck with your business and also with your daughter’s startups. Any questions or help please don’t hesitate to get back to me any time. Thanks for your comment!

  2. I just read the steps, it helps thanks. I have heard about Wealthy Affiliate also. It seems to cost a lot to keep a membership but with the amount of training I am going to seriously consider. Thanks, good info.

    1. Hi Sheridan, thanks for your comment. It costs $49 per month but as you say the vast volume of training and fast & secure web hosting will cover the cost. Read my review if you’re really interested. You don’t have to network with anyone, you work at your own pace in your own good time, that’s the best thing about it. When you need a help, community members are always there (24/7). Any more questions don’t hesitate to get back to me any time. Thanks for your visit 🙂

  3. I don’t trust anything about wealthy affiliate, i don’t know about this guy but basically I cannot become a member because the country I live in is banned I think it’s a discrimination. Secondly if I try to click and watch whatever this guy is showing I will get the invitation which I cannot join anyways.

    1. Hi Olu, thanks for your comment. Unfortunately some countries are banned from joining for security reasons but as far as I know, they’re working on it to lift the ban. But hey, just like anything else – nothing in the world is accessible from everywhere. I’m originally from Japan, but I don’t live there and I don’t have my ID there. A lot of Japanese stuff (membership, shopping, crowdfunding, even charity sites) don’t accept entries from outside Japan which can be frustrating but that’s their solution to the fraud prevention.

Anyway going back to the post subject – you should still be able to read the “blueprint”, if you still have a problem please don’t hesitate to contact me, I can send a transcript to you.
