I've said this many times before and I'll say it again; if a business homepage doesn't instantly tell you what kind of service it provides, you should be alerted. If you can't tell - roughly at least - what you're paying your money for, the service is not meant for you. You shouldn't have to click here & there to find that out. Put differently, if a business doesn't explain what it is in the first few sentences, it's either the business is a failure or trying to be deceptive.
That's the exact impression that I got from the F2S Fund site - I've been invited to join in this "hugely successful fundraising community", but on looking at the website, I couldn't make heads or tails of it. What does the community do? Where's the measurement of the "success" it claims? And most of all, how exactly is your investment going to be used?
My F2S Fund review will take a look at this site closely and see if this is a real "wealth management" scheme or just another dubious Ponzi scheme.

What Is F2S Fund?
The F2S Fund (or referred to as "F2S Funds" on some pages) claims to be a philanthropy program, "to build a sustainable future for the world population." ...To promote birth control? No, it doesn't seem to be what it is. According to the Whois information, the domain "f2sfund.com" was first registered in July 2020, and it claims to sell some products/services in the future, but it has yet to reveal what they are.
The "About Us" page is... I'm afraid to say, absolute bonkers. It consists of long sentences with big words but tells very little. To summarize that particular page;
- The group was founded by some entrepreneurs in the UK and Germany.
- It's a network marketing program ("people a supportive role in accomplishing financial prosperity and social establishment through social bonds.")
- It creates a "special fund" for the community using IT.
- The board of directors is highly experienced in helping others by using IT.
- It's good for you because there are too many bad people all over the world ("many imperfections in the lives of different people scattered around the world.")
- The funds will help businesses, scholarships, charities, and medical support... Basically, anything.
It's 2021, we all know that "information technology" is an outdated term. But I couldn't find anywhere on the site that explains what kind of innovative system software it uses or what kind of "IT" field the directors came from.
What I think is most alarming is, although it claims to be a "philanthropy program" and lists up different businesses, it never explains how the collected funds have been used and who exactly has been benefitted from the program. The indeed site does say that you can make money from it, and you'll receive a bonus for referring others. But how your contributions will be managed is unclear; I'll come to this in a little while.
The Membership and its Fees
It will cost you a one-time fee of $150 (account activation fee of $30 + contribution to the community of $120). But how your payment will be used is unclear, and the fact that it only takes a one-time fixed charge sounds very strange to me. "Charity groups", "non-profitable organizations" and "medical support" are mentioned on the site, which means at least a part of your money should be used for a good cause. Then you should be able to regularly contribute more money if you wanted to. A one-time fee sounds more easily accessible by a wider range of people but it doesn't sound practical in terms of "helping" the organizations... I hope you agree.
What's even more unclear is about the "community" itself. It should at least tell you what kind of activities you'll be involved with and what kind of updates you'll receive before joining. But it doesn't, unfortunately.
The "Products"
F2S says it will provide some "services and products" in the future - literally, that's all it says. The page (f2sfund.com/products-services) again, talks a lot but tells you very little. All the products will be manufactured by F2S - but it doesn't tell you what they are. The products will be introduced to the international market - but it doesn't tell you what they are. The members who joined by December 2020 can have them for free but those who joined after December will have to pay for them.
Where Will Your Money Go?
As I've already mentioned, the F2S Fund site talks so much but provides very little information. In fact, the content on every single page is such low quality and often grammatically wrong (I know I'm not perfect at English as a second language and I'm saying it!) Some of the claims that F2S makes seem to contradict each other. For example;
- The FAQ page explains that there's no guaranteed return since this is an investment plan. It sounds fair enough except that the site completely lacks any actual data analysis.
- The "Source Fund" page says that your membership fee will be invested in the Forex and Cryptocurrency markets, which are both hugely volatile. It means that there's no way F2S can "manage assets" enough to provide support to charities, scholarship as it claims.
- The Source Fund page also says 50% of the profit will be distributed to the members - what will happen to the other 50%? Will it be donated to charity organizations? Reinvested? Or is F2S secretly pocketing it?
- Going back to the FAQ page - it says the member can receive a bonus for referring others. The bonus percentage will depend on your membership and you're advised to follow F2S's "bonus table" which I can't seem to find anywhere on the site. If this is the case, not all your one-time membership fees will be used for the investment - some of it will be used to pay someone else's referring commission. So there's a complete lack of transparency.
Fake Company
I can confidently say that the company "F2S Fund" does not exist. Well, it's supposed to be a company since the site mentions the "board of directors" who are specialized in information technology. However,
- The "terms/privacy policy" page does not mention the company name. It just refers to "f2sfund.com" instead.
- If it was a UK limited company, it should be listed in the UK Companies House database, but no such name can be found as an asset management company.
- The address on the homepage (Kemp House, 152 - 160 City Road, London) is a mail-forwarding address that anyone can hire.
So we don't really know who owns F2S Fund. We can find a couple of people ("Nick Wood" and "Michael Le") who speak on YouTube video, but otherwise we can also find a few "fake people" using stock photos. Harry Parker's portfolio is a little dippy; he has a higher degree in mathematics, so he's in charge of accounts of F2S fund management activities.
Is F2S Fund a Ponzi Scheme?
One characteristic of typical Ponzi schemes is that they often promise a huge return, whereas F2S Fund clearly says it's running an investment plan therefore the ROI is not guaranteed.
On the other hand, many shady investment schemes promise to provide a product or service "in the near future" but they hardly ever launch. They falsely make such a promise to make it look like you are paying for a particular product/service, masking the fact that it's merely a Ponzi scheme - selling a fake investment plan. F2S too says it's going to sell products and/or services in the future, but it never tells you what. It also says anyone who joins after December 2020 will have to make a separate payment for them. Then what really is the breakdown of your initial $120 joining fee?
Whether F2S Fund is a Ponzi scheme or not, the bottom line is, you shouldn't spend your money on it until you are provided with a detailed but comprehensive schedule plan.
F2S Fund Pros and Cons
Pros
I really cannot find one, unfortunately.
Cons
F2S Fund Review - Conclusion:
As you can see, pretty much everything that's being said on the F2S Fund site is ambiguous and the site also proves to contain some fake information. Don't be swayed by fancy, decorative slogans and taglines - they mean nothing until you know exactly what your money will be spent. You need to know what kind of return you can be expected - both the best-case scenario and the worst-case scenario. Of course, neither of them is available. I wouldn't recommend you to join F2S Fund, unfortunately.
F2S Fund has updated their website with all the legitimate people behind. Its worth taking a second look. It has helped our community very much.
Yes, that is what they want you to think. Do your due diligence and research the true owner. Go figure – Wakkiduzaman Dablu removes his name and pawns it off to people in the US and Japan. Yet, he remains the owner of F2S Fund and makes all the final decisions. This has Ponzi Scheme written all over it. Do yourself a favor brother run before it's too late and you end up hurting friends and family.
Hello Ray hope you learn by now about F2SFund and one of the greatest plan on earth. Positive impact around the globe. Good luck with you research.
Hi Kazi, that’s exactly what I’m telling the readers about – don’t trust anyone who talks with big obscure expressions but don’t mean anything, “one of the greatest plans on earth”, “positive impact around the globe”, “when your dreams are big, facts don’t count” (?) You must always take facts into account as far as a business is concerned. The F2S site has yet to prove who exactly is benefitted and in what way exactly. That’s the problem so far.
That ***** ***** man talking on Youtube all sorts of c*** if anyone who buys into that trash talk is their own problem. Your right, F2S doesnt make any sense and it should be an MLM scam 100%.
Hi Vincent, I see what you mean, I think I’ve seen his videos too, and his talk doesn’t make sense at all. Thanks for your comment.
This is not making senses to me either where you do your research from one friends to another. When your dreams are big then facts don’t count.
I'm glad you said you can't make head or tails because I tried hard to understand & couldn't. Tell me if you are interested in any other investment options and if you recommend one? What are the terms and conditions I should look out for? If it's possible I'd like to know more information: If you have time, I would be glad to hear back from you for positive advice.
I'm waiting for your answer
Hi Julian, thanks for your comment. No I don’t have any investment options to particularly recommend right now, it all depends on your budget, how long you want to invest it for, etc. I’m sure there are plenty of relevant sites that give you advice, I wish you all the best!
