When Someone Tells You What To Do
A good communication makes no one tells you what to do, but it’s such a hard thing to do. You can listen to what they have to say and consider their opinion. You can explain your point of view and why you think their suggestion may not work for you. You can thank them for their input and let them know that you'll take it into consideration. However…
No matter how someone tries to tell you what to do, remember that it's your life and you ultimately get to decide what's best for you.

Make Your Decision
If someone offers their opinion on what you should do, then by all means, they may have more experience than you and could be giving you good advice. But you should also trust your gut instinct and do what you think is best for you.
First, consider whether or not the person is qualified to give you advice. In other words, do you trust them and do you feel their attitude toward you is right? Are they being bossy just to look down on others, or are they being bossy because you’ve been silly?
Second, think about your own goals and values. What do you want to achieve? What is important to you?
Then trust your gut. If something doesn't feel right, then it probably isn't. go with your intuition on this one.
Never be put off by anything because failure teaches you something. [Ridley Scott]
Trust people, but trust yourself more than you trust others.
Trust People, But Trust Yourself More Than You Trust Others.
If you trust someone, show it. Show that you're listening and that you respect their opinion. This is what communication is all about, and it also allows you to get the full benefit of their advice.
When you follow through, make sure you do it in a way that makes sense to you. Even if you trust that person 100%, you don't want to blindly do what they say without thinking through yourself. Take the time to consider their suggestion and see if it would work for you. If not, don't be afraid to tell them why. Because it’s much more important to trust yourself than to trust others.
If you decide to take their advice, let them know how it went. They'll appreciate the update and may even have some additional insight to share.

Courage does not mean you don't get afraid. Courage means you don't let fear stop you.
Courage Does Not Mean You Don't Get Afraid. Courage Means You Don't Let Fear Stop You.
Every successful person has doubts and fears. Being mentally strong does not mean you never get afraid, but it means you have the ability to carry on despite your fear. This means being forward-looking in your life and not letting your mind wander off into the negative what-if's.
Pay attention to your surroundings and play it cool; No matter what you think right now, if you forget about it all and just keep on what you're doing, what positivities can you create? Focus on the positives that you have now, and then focus on the even better situation that you'll be in if you keep trying.
Don't let your doubts stop you. Take things one step at a time. Don’t try to do too much at once or you’ll end up feeling overwhelmed. If you have a lot on your plate, break it down into smaller tasks that you can complete one at a time. Make sure to find time for activities that make you happy and relaxed.
Risking is better than regretting.
Set your goals and go all the way.
Never Be Denied - Surround Yourself with Positivity
There are many things in life that we cannot control. However, one thing that we can always control is our attitude. Our attitude is a choice that we make every day and it can be positive or negative. If we want to change our lives for the better, then it is important to surround ourselves with positivity.
Seek out positive people who will support and encourage you. These people will help you to see the good in life, even when things are tough. They will also remind you of our own strength and resilience when we need reminding. They will also be a sounding board for new ideas and help you to stay motivated on our journey to success.
Fill your minds with positive thoughts. This can be done by reading inspirational books or articles, listening to motivational podcasts, or watching videos that make you feel good about yourself. When you focus on the positive, it helps you to see the glass half full rather than half empty.
Practice gratitude on a daily basis. When you are grateful for what you have, it allows you to see all of the good in your lives. It also helps you attract more positive energy into your lives. So take some time each day to think about all of the things that you are grateful for and watch your attitude start to change for the better.

Never Mind What Others Say, Let Alone Naysayers Say
Your "can do" thoughts and attitude can change everything positively. What you think about yourself and the world around you shape how you feel and how you behave. Never mind what others say you cannot do, just change your thoughts for the better and have a positive attitude.
1. Be mindful of your thoughts
Pay attention to what you're thinking about throughout the day. Are your thoughts positive or negative? Do they make you feel good or bad? If you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, try to switch them to something more positive.
2. Talk to yourself like you would talk to a friend
Would you say the same things to a friend that you're saying to yourself? If not, then why say them to yourself? Treating yourself with kindness and compassion will help improve your relationship with yourself, which in turn will improve your attitude.
3. Practice gratitude
Every day, think of at least one thing that you're grateful for. Whenever something good happens, take a moment to reflect on what you’re grateful for. This could be something as small as your morning coffee or as big as landing your dream job.
Focusing on the positive things in your life will help you see the glass half full instead of half empty. Gratitude is a major key to happiness and can even help reduce stress and anxiety. So don’t be afraid to show some gratitude each and every day.
You don't need to be in everyone's face all time to appreciate what you do. [Alex Turner]
Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow.
4. Keep challenging your beliefs
Are the things that you believe about yourself and the world around you actually true? Or are they just stories that you've been telling yourself? Sometimes our beliefs can hold us back from living our best lives. No matter how positive you feel, keep questioning every doubt, and it can help you break free from those limitations and see things in a new light.
5. Let go of perfectionism
If you still can't get rid of doubts and they seem to prevent you from working on yourself, is it because you are trying to be perfect? But you know that you can never be perfect as a human being - you'll have to find a point where you can compromise. Then accepting yourself for who you are, flaws and all, will help improve your attitude and make you happier in life.
6. Practice self-care
When you feel good about yourself, you’re more likely to make positive choices that benefit your overall health and wellbeing. The important thing is to find what works for you and make it a part of your regular routine.
- Get enough sleep: Most adults need around 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Make sure you’re getting enough rest by going to bed and waking up at the same time each day, disconnecting from electronics an hour before bedtime, and creating a peaceful environment in your bedroom.
- Eat healthy: Eating nutritious meals helps our bodies function at their best. Make sure you’re getting plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. And don’t forget to stay hydrated by drinking lots of water!
- Exercise: Exercise releases endorphins that have mood-boosting effects. A moderate amount of exercise is the key – too much can actually have negative effects on our mental health. So find an activity that you enjoy and make it part of your weekly routine.
Make sure to schedule in time for activities that make you feel good, like exercise, meditation, or spending time with friends and family.
I am who I am. I'm not who you want to be. If you don't like me, just shut up and leave.
You can watch me, mock me, block me or join me. What you cannot do is stop me.
Overcome Your Biases
We all have biases, often based on our personal experiences, upbringing, and cultural beliefs. While some biases can be helpful, others can lead to inaccurate assumptions and judgments about others. Here are some steps you can take to overcome your biases:
1. Be aware of your own biases
The first step is to be aware of the areas in which you may have a bias. Consider what experiences or beliefs may have led you to have a certain viewpoint.
2. Challenge your assumptions
Once you’ve identified your own biases, it’s important to challenge the assumptions that they’re based on. Why do you believe what you believe? Are there other ways to look at the situation?
3. Seek out diverse perspectives
Another way to overcome bias is to seek out diverse perspectives – especially those that differ from your own. Listen with an open mind and be willing to learn from others.
4. Be mindful of the language you use
The words we use can reinforce our biases or help reduce them. Be mindful of the labels and stereotypes you use when referring to groups of people. Avoid using terms that dehumanize or demean others.
5. Take action against bias
When you see or hear someone acting on their biases, speak up! Standing up against bias can help challenge harmful stereotypes and attitudes.

Happy Monday. So far so good and it's gonna be a great week.
Do it yourself. You don't need to prove anything to anyone.
Don't Let Anyone Else Create Your Life
You are the only one who can create your life. You are the only one who can choose how you want to live. You are the only one who can decide what you want to do with your time.
Don't let anyone else control your life.
Don't let anyone else tell you what you should do.
Don't let anyone else dictate how you should live.
You get to choose how you want to live it. You get to decide what you want to do with your time. So make the most of it. Live your life the way you want to live it. Do what makes you happy. And don't let anyone else tell you otherwise.
