We have already seen so many training courses that promise to help people earn money from home. The Modern Millionaires course just sounds like another one of them but is it good? It has been targeted at people who struggle to work 9-5 doing the job they hate. But can those people ever afford to pay thousands of dollars for a training course?
The course is praised by some while others see it as a scam because of the high fees. The creators tell you to trust them and promise that you will never look back if you commit to the change today. Is it realistic? This Modern Millionaires review will help you find out if the training matches your expectations. Like any other course or product, there are always advantages for some that are disadvantages for others and vice versa.

What Is The Modern Millionaires Course?
Formerly known as the “Millionaire Middleman”, the Modern Millionaires program is an updated training course, teaching you how to become a lead generation agency to help local businesses grow. The term they use is a “lead-flipping method”. The business model that you’ll be learning is to charge other businesses for running successful advertising campaigns for them.
The program teaches you the relevant marketing strategies through video training, webinars, and coaching calls. It also provides necessary packages such as email templates. It’s focused on the B2B model, therefore it’s about gaining real confidence as an agency and building trust relationships with local business owners.
Who Is The Modern Millionaires Program For?
This course is specifically made for those who wish to advertise local businesses as an agent. If you want to be a successful professional in your field, you should not only have skills but also have a good reputation.
This is a very expensive coaching program that will cost you thousands of dollars. The last thing you should do is to borrow money from elsewhere just to receive training. Therefore it’s only suitable for you if you have enough savings in your bank account, I would say $10k+, so that if this doesn’t work out for you, you still have some capital left to start something else from scratch.
The course content can be useful for other purposes, such as Google ads and Facebook ads, which can be used to promote your own business in the future. But again, because it’s so expensive, it’s not worth taking this course if you don’t want to work as an agent for others.
Needless to say, you must be willing to make the most of your tuition fees, i.e. take everything you are told by your coaches seriously and work as hard as you can. If you rely on someone else to do any niggly job, this is not for you.
To summarize, The Modern Millionaires is for you if;
- You wish to work as a digital advertising agent for others,
- You are willing to put in as much effort, AND
- You have plenty of savings in your bank account.
The Course Creators - Abdul and Chance
Abdul Samad and Chance Anthony Welton are behind the Modern Millionaires. Based on their successful digital marketing experience, the two entrepreneurs created a training course “The Millionaire Middleman” in 2017 to teach how to become an agency using CPA (cost-per-action) ads. Chance and Abdul seem to maintain a low profile, since their prior business history is not publicized much on the web. They claim to have been featured on Forbes some time ago, but unfortunately, no one seems to be able to find it. With that said, I’m not judging whether or not their profile has been highlighted well by online magazines. At least we know that they are real people, sharing their real advertising techniques with students. They revamped the training program and renamed it the “Modern Millionaires” recently. The domain themodernmillionaires.com was registered in 2019.
The Course Content
The training course consists of 7 sections across 4 modules.
- Module 1: Introduction to this course and the foundation of getting your agency business started. Finding the right niche and the target audience.
- Module 2 (A&B): Learn how to set up an agency system, including the lead generation basics. Learn how to use CRM (customer relationship management) system, analyze and turn prospects into customers. How to deal with customers including taking payments. Also, learn cold email methods and LinkedIn traffic.
- Module 3 (A, B & C): Learn how to drive traffic using Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Module 4: Automation using some of the essential tools to make your tasks easier. Scaling up your business, such as hiring the right people, training them and delegating your jobs to them.
Help and Support
The Modern Millionaires has a closed Facebook where 6.2k members are registered, and right now it looks pretty much active as there are 20+ posts per day. So you can post any questions within the group. Another opportunity to get support is via the sales calls that you receive from your coaches. Although some complaints from the existing users about the lack of support have been reported (see below).
The Pricing
One big problem with the Modern Millionaires is the price. I can think of two issues here.
Issue #1: It doesn’t tell you how much exactly it’s going to cost you
The owners are not at all transparent about the pricing structure, and this is a huge warning sign. It’s not displayed on the sales page or anywhere. You’ll have to find it out as you speak to your allocated coach later on, and it seems to depend on how much you can afford.
To sign up for the Modern Millionaires program, first you are required to answer the questionnaire and submit it with your telephone number. One of the questions is whether you have at least $1,000 to invest and have a good credit record or not.
Well, the amount of your current savings is none of their business nor anyone else’s. The training course itself may be legit, but asking your credit record is what scammers often do, trying to get you into debt.
On the questionnaire form, it says “Be honest. The more we know, the more we can help you.” No. No. They’re not your personal financial advisors, they’re not trying to help you. “Help” as in, if you can’t afford to pay the price they suggest, they may sell you a part of the program for a lesser amount. That would defeat the purpose of the whole training course.
Abdul and Chance say their aim of the course is to get you out of the “8-hours job that you hate and be your own boss.” Assuming you are employed right now, you wouldn’t agree to buy something - anything - without knowing the exact price, would you?
Issue #2: Expensive for a non-brand course
This is not a “problem” because the price of products is totally subjective. I do believe that creators should be proud to charge whatever they think their product is worth. If a user thinks it’s too pricey, that’s their opinion, too. Take it or leave it.
With all that said...
The Modern Millionaires course is said to cost $6,000 or more (see below). If you are willing to pay, it’s entirely up to you. But again, this course is targeted at those who have an ordinary 8 hours a day job, which means you are likely to be in the position to fork out at least a few months’ worth of salary for it.
No matter what kind of training it is - dance, art, engineering, cooking... Would you pay $6k for a seemingly good course? I wouldn’t. Because there are tons of similar courses out there that charge a much lesser, reasonable monthly fee. But if you were desperate to learn to dance at a particular world-class dance school and the tuition fee was $6,000? You would probably pay for that, wouldn’t you? People are generally happy to pay that kind of money for the brand. Have you known the creator of Modern Millionaires and you’ve been wanting to learn from them specifically? Then it may be worth considering taking this course whatever it may cost you.
It is worth noting that generally you get what you pay for, but when a fee is extortionate, the results aren’t necessarily proportionate.
The Modern Millionaire Reviews - What Does Trustpilot Say?
Unfortunately, we can find a lot of unhappy users on Trustpilot, mostly to do with the extortionate fees that are taken from their bank account without proper notifications in advance. As I mentioned earlier, the amount charged appears to vary from user to user and this is a huge red flag. But the unhappy users are criticizing the shallowness of training content, the unavailability of coaching, and the unfair refund policy.
On the other hand, quite a few positive user reviews can be seen, saying the course is “worth every penny”, “lifechanging”, etc. A lot of what they say is vague and I cannot find a positive review that explains what particularly makes this course different. But I’m not here to judge third-party review site content. Perhaps you can take a look yourself and see what you make of it.
The Modern Millionaires Pros and Cons
Pros
Cons
The Modern Millionaires Review - Conclusion:
The number of the closed Facebook group alone can prove that the Modern Millionaires program has gone viral recently. We should appreciate that the course has been developed over the past few years based on successful entrepreneurs’ real business experiences.
It’s a real shame about their pricing strategy. It is targeted at people who struggle to escape their employment in order to do something they love and make a living. But this course costs thousands of dollars, which is not easily affordable for those who work ordinarily. It doesn’t really make sense.
If you’re looking to set up your own online business as you learn it at the same time, I would recommend you to choose a course that changes a smaller monthly fee (less than $100), rather than paying a lot of money at once in advance. That way, you can make sure of your progress and, if it doesn’t turn out to be suitable for you, you can still quit with minimal harm done.
How I "Finally" Make Over $6,000 Monthly Income
"The most valuable thing I've ever done!"
I have lost a few hundred dollars to Modern Millionaires. It’s not a scam but the training videos have not been updated in years and some of them are completely unusable. It was extremely difficult to operate the main site, which was used to build all the tunnels and connect everything. You will be rushed into having people pay you when you train and Modern Millionaires will take any of the payments for their services. What you pay does not provide the level of service you expect. If you try to provide mediocre services to actual businesses, you’ll quickly burn through any bridges you have if you don’t get everything right away. Unless you immediately start generating revenue from your business for yourself which is unlikely, you’ll need a significant amount to waste.
Hi Neil, wow, sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Have you claimed a refund at all?
The biggest problem I had was the phone call. Why on earth do I have to give them my private phone no.? I put a fake no coz I wanted information without speaking, then they email spamed me a few times, kept saying my no. must be wrong. I replied to ask a few questions but they never replied me back.
Hi William, I see what you mean. When they sell a “make money online” product but require prospects to fill in the phone number, I often think, why would they expect buyers/students to speak to them on the telephone? But it does kind of make sense with this particular course because it’s about working with other business owners. You’ll probably be required to communicate with clients verbally if you actually start the business. Thanks for sharing your experience and thoughts.
Hi, Ray. Thank you so much for your Modern Millionaires review. I find it so insightful as I have been looking for better ways to make money recently. I have never heard of the lead-flipping method before, and I’ve never imagined myself being an agent to other companies because if I’m not making enough money, how can I convince other companies that I’m the one who can help?
After reading your review, I was initially skeptical, but then I thought maybe I could do the job because I enjoy helping others. Yet once I learned there were so many complaints made to Trustpilot, I was disappointed. No matter how I feel about the training, I’m not going to pay for something that I don’t know how much it will cost me. As a student, I am frustrated at the high price of many courses nowadays. It seems that many teachers are taking advantage of students. Thanks for the comprehensive review, Ray. Also I’m thankful for all your advice through email. Here’s wishing you continued success.
Hi Hitesh, thanks for sharing your thoughts. I don’t necessarily think course tutors “take advantage of” students by charging high fees, as I mentioned in the post, they should be proud of charging whatever they believe it is worth. But there are always cheaper alternatives elsewhere – just like buying any other product, we just have to shop around. Thanks for your comment, any questions don’t hesitate to get back to me at any time!
I’m sick of seeing fake reviews written by affiliate marketers giving fake opinions just to promote something else to make money for themselves. If you calling it a scam how do we know that your promotion is not a scam?
Hi Mike, thanks for sharing your opinion. I don’t necessarily agree with you. Just to be clear first of all, I never called the Modern Millionaires program a scam. I believe it’s a legitimate training program as I said in the post. When a reviewer calls a product a scam, I suggest that you decide if the reason they’re giving is valid and reasonable. It’s all up to the users (=you) to trust the reviewer or not.
Reviewers often recommend another product instead, because they feel obliged to. Niche affiliate marketers’ job is to help others, so if they don’t endorse a particular product, it only makes sense they make sure to recommend a product they believe in to help users instead. Again, it’s only their opinion, whether to trust it or not is up to you. I hope this makes sense. Thanks for your comment.
Hi Ray. Thank you, your Modern Millionaires review was very insightful to me. I do appreciate that in order to become an expert in any field like digital marketing agency, you need to learn a specialty lesson. But it can be possible only if you have enough money. For me, 6000$ can pay off my son’s university fee. I think that is too much.
Also I couldn’t agree more with you about the exact fee is not cleared by the owner. I have seen the same trick on some of the network marketing? or some membership. I don’t understand why are they doing this. Is there reason? If you cannot pay and they offer a smaller amount and you agree to pay then you don’t receive all the benefits. Definitely it looks like we shouldn’t take this training course. Thank you for your content. I very much appreciate it, as always.
Hi Sam, thanks for sharing your thoughts. You say “How much is it?” They say “Well, how much have you got?” I can’t speak for those who don’t clarify the value of what they sell, but as a user, it’s up to you to decide how to react. Thanks for your comment Sam!
Pretty much spot on what your saying. They can charge whatever they want but who the hell are they? Lol.
