High Paying Online Jobs No Experience

Are you out of work and looking for a way to make some extra money? Are you frustrated with the low pay that many jobs offer? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then what makes you think high-paying online jobs are available to you?

There are a few different types of online jobs that can offer you a fairly good income, and they may not require any previous experience. Using your first job as a stepping stone, you could eventually become an online marketer. Then perhaps move on to become your own brand - whether as a teacher, a coach, or someone people are willing to pay money to. (I'm not that ambitious myself. I'm just guessing!) It really depends on how you can clear relevant requirements, how willing you are to learn and be transparent and trustworthy.

The truth is, there are millions of people in this world who have the right skills and qualifications. If you don't have any experience, then those people are clearly better than you, so how can you beat them? Be realistic; you may not be able to find a high-paying online job because can I say, you may not deserve it yet?

High Paying Online Jobs No Experience

Why Don't You Have Experiences?

People without experience can be hired for online jobs because some companies believe that they can "train them up." Especially if you're young, then your enthusiasm will do for sure. Anyway, the starting point is how you can communicate with them and how you can show your willingness to them.

Many online jobs require specific skills and knowledge that someone with no experience may not have. For example, people who have customer service or marketing experience have better communication skills, whether verbally or in writing. Not only do they know how to treat people well but they know customers’ psychology so they can close sales better.

Ideally, you may want to consider finding a job locally first and develop a business mindset first.

Have You Tried Offline Jobs?

Are you searching for a job online because you can’t find offline jobs? Then the truth is... You may be wasting your time because traditional online jobs that anyone can do are generally all low-paid. If you think about it, there may be millions of jobs available out there, but there are billions of job seekers across the globe.

The reality is that it’s much, much easier to find a job locally (even if you have to drive or commute for hours) than to find a job online if you have no experience. I recommend you go out and speak to job agencies, and find a local job first. Then while you work, you can also look for a job online. You will start to figure out some positions that you know about or are interested in. Finally, you can look for positions that have lower entry requirements.

Prove Your Capabilities

Have You Tried Offline Jobs

Everyone has to start somewhere. To be capable of getting a high-paying job, you need to prove what you can do and how much you can do. If you don’t have previous experience of any kind of job online, then all you have is your natural abilities. It means how fast and accurate you can do things - for example, learning, digesting information from other resources, and processing your jobs.

The only way is to start any kind of job online and get good feedback. Take a look at online job search engines or freelancing platforms like UpworkFreelancer.com, etc. Freelancing recruitment agencies offer more opportunities for creative self-expression and autonomy than many traditional jobs.

You can also take online career tests and practice interviewing skills on video chat platforms like Skype and be able to sell yourself. By proving your capabilities, there will be higher-paid jobs coming to get you in time. Until then, you shouldn't have high expectations. It’s all about scaling up.

Affiliate Marketing

Although affiliate marketing is a great way to make money online and you can start without any prior experience, it may take a while before you can make your first decent commission.

Alternatively, you can search for a job that’s related to affiliate marketing. Not many, but some are available out there that offer great pay. They may not require any prior experience, but you do need experience in marketing or sales elsewhere. The jobs are for example;

Affiliate Marketing Manager:

This is the highest paying affiliate marketing job out there, with median wages averaging around $90,000 per year. As an affiliate marketing manager, you would be responsible for setting overall strategy, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, and developing new relationships with partners.

A friend of mine was employed by a web developing company as an affiliate manager, and he was paid $120 per hour. He quit because the job was too stressful (!) but if you are passionate, that's one to consider.

Affiliate Program Manager:

Talent.com says you can earn as much as $80,000 per year is what you can expect as an affiliate program manager. This position is responsible for developing, managing and monitoring an affiliate program from start to finish. They also need to have strong communication and organizational skills in order to manage multiple programs at once.

Network Marketing

Network Marketing

Network marketing is about connecting with as many people as you can, it’s very unlikely if you haven’t found a job locally then you may not be so successful with network marketing. But the industry is open to anyone, there is no reason why you shouldn’t give it a try.

Network marketing can be seen as a scam because you often sell high-priced items to people you barely know. Your communication techniques will make or break. And it's also one of the most rewarding once you have a lot of downlines.

You can start work from home for sure, without any prior experience or qualifications. But you can only start earning a good living once you know how to be seen as trustworthy and confident by the audience.

There are many opportunities to grow your business. It's a pretty exciting industry to be in. And it's a great way to make some extra money and meet new people.

Beware of Make-Money-Online Scams

There are plenty of scams out there that claim to let you make money but are designed to steal your money. Here are some tips to help you avoid make-money-online scams;

  1. Research the company thoroughly before applying. Make sure you can trust the website and the job description. Check out the company’s reputation: the track record and customer feedback/reviews.
  2. Never send money to anyone you don’t know or trust. Some network marketing systems allow you to send and receive money between members. You may have opportunities to speak to other members but you never know who they really are. Don’t send money to individuals. Make sure that your payment is processed via a secure payment system such as PayPal or a reputable credit card clearance system such as Stipe, CardConnect, Square Payments, etc.
  3. Be aware of phishing emails and websites that look official but are actually fake. Don’t give away personal information, like your bank account number, password, or social security number.

Or Are You Seen As A Scammer?

If you are engaged in any kind of online transaction that you did not initiate yourself or that you did not have the proper tools or information to complete, then you may be engaging in a scam. And if you recommend it to others, you will be seen as a scammer. This would be the last thing anyone wants.

If you find yourself in a situation where you are mistrusted by others, it can be difficult to recover. However, there are several things you can do to begin the process of rebuilding trust. The first step is to acknowledge that the problem exists and that you need to work on fixing it.

  1. Be honest with yourself about your motives and intentions, and don't try to cover up what happened.
  2. Next, apologize for your actions and explain why you behaved the way that you did.
  3. Finally, make sure that you find good things that you can do to them to rebuild trust in your business relationships. For example, offering them free products. Stay polite no matter how they are angry with you!

Remember, it's not about pretending to be someone we're not; it's about demonstrating genuine qualities and behaviours that will make people feel comfortable around you.

Don't Believe The Hype, Prepare Yourself To Work Hard

Although there may be plenty of high-paying online jobs with little experience required, it’s very unlikely that you will start making money so soon. Don’t get sucked in by enticing words like;

“You can work from home (or work anywhere in the world)”

“You can set your own hours and be your own boss.”

“Anyone can make great money without any prior experience.”

Be prepared to put in the work. Build up your skills and experience first by finding online jobs that match your interests and qualifications. Here are some tips;

  • Use job search engines and social media platforms to find opportunities. Use LinkedIn or Facebook to see if any companies are looking for new employees.
  • Fill out job applications and send them in. Many companies are now searching through applications before they even interview candidates, so make sure you have all of your application materials ready to go when you submit an application.
  • Network with people who work in the industry you're interested in. Get connected with people who work at companies similar to the one you want to work for and ask them for advice on how to get started in the industry.
  • Take online courses that will help you gain good knowledge.

Don’t Believe In “Work Smart, Not Hard”

Prepare Yourself To Work Hard

I just explained that if you want to earn more money, you have to put in the extra effort. Be willing to work hard and take on whatever challenges come your way. Make sure that you are focusing on your job objectives. So why do people say "work smart, don't work hard"?

Those people often brag and talk the talk. Millions of us are required to work long hours in order to receive a higher salary. That’s the basic rule wherever you go, whatever you do. Only those who have already worked hard enough to establish their business are actually able to work short hours to earn great money.

You can also “work smart” - in this case, make your working hours count, take advantage of your time off and don’t burn yourself out!

Be Trustworthy First

With the internet full of scams and online fraud, it's important to learn how to become trustworthy online before thinking about making money.

People are often judged on their trustworthiness by others. It is vital for building and maintaining relationships. Here are some tips for becoming more trustworthy:

1) Be Honest

Honesty is the cornerstone of trustworthiness. Always be truthful and accurate with your words and actions. If you make a commitment, keep it. If you say you will do something, you’d better do it. Don’t half-heartedly commit to something, because that shows that you don’t really care about meeting your commitments.

If you have something important to tell someone, say it truthfully and openly. Be reliable and keep your word. Honesty and keeping your word go hand-in-hand, so make sure you practice both regularly.

2) Build Reputation

People trust people they know they can trust. Make sure that your reputation is good among the people you know. Do what you say you’re going to do - even if it means taking a little longer than planned. Behave ethically and honestly in all aspects of your life, including your personal relationships. When others know they can rely on you, they are more likely to trust your advice and opinions.

3) Be Responsible

Be responsible and take care of your responsibilities. Do what you say you will do, and take care of things that are important to you (including your own health and safety). This includes not saying yes or no about things that you don’t know.

Receive Decent Training Online

Receive Decent Training Online

You know by now how important it is to build your skills and experience. If you want a good life, you want to step up. And if you want to step up, you have to grind. Invest a few hundred dollars at least and receive decent training online. There are a few options to find a good online course.

Online course offered by a reputable institution or company:

These courses typically have well-structured lectures and provide ample opportunity to ask questions. In addition, many of these courses offer certification opportunities upon completion.

Online course offered by a private instructor:

These courses typically offer more interactive learning experiences, and the instructor can be reached via email or chat. However, these courses tend to be more expensive than those offered by institutions or companies, and they may not offer certification opportunities.

Udemy is good - you can find courses to learn pretty much anything to do with online jobs. Give it a try.

Self-Teaching Methods

If you don’t have enough savings to pay for a course, there still is an option to teach yourself as much as you can. Here are some online learning opportunities:

Use Search Engines

When you’re looking for information, use the built-in search functions on most websites. No need to tell you that Google is the resource for everything: it's good for finding specific information about a topic in the first instance.

Quora is also a great search engine to find educational resources such as courses, lectures, and tutorials. Although people pay Quora to advertise, so the ones you find may not always be the best in the world.

Use Forums Sites

If you have an interest in a topic, there’s a good chance others share that interest online. Look for online communities that focus on the topics you’re interested in. Join them and ask questions. You might even stumble upon valuable resources this way.

Use Flashcards and Study Tools

If you need help remembering something specific, try using flashcards or study tools. There are also many apps available that make studying easier - including ones that focus on specific subjects like math or science.
