Leveraged Profit Systems claims to earn “thousands of dollars a week without selling.” But there is too much hidden beneath the surface. The introduction video is extremely scammy - I mean, who hands out $100 bills like that? Put them away for God’s sake, if you don’t want to appear like a fraudster on Instagram!
Is this program scam or legit? The person who speaks in the video is incognito. It tells you to “work hard” but it doesn’t tell you what you’re supposed to do exactly. In this Leveraged Profit Systems review, I address what's on offer, and point out some concerns. Here we go.

What Is Leveraged Profit Systems?
Leveraged Profit Systems (LPS) is a network marketing scheme. The purpose of the scheme is purely to recruit new members and generate revenue through their payments.
It is an invitation-only membership, but the current members are openly inviting anyone on YouTube and social media to earn compensation.
Two types of payments are involved in joining LPS; joining fee and admin fee. The scheme owner provides the necessary tools and training to promote itself. You pay the admin fee (assuming a user fee) to the owner.
Whereas the joining fee doesn’t seem to have a retailable value and it will be paid to your referrer directly.
According to the domain registry, the domain leveragedprofitsystems.com was privately registered in August 2021 with GoDaddy and the site is hosted by a budget hosting service, InMotion.
The 5 Membership Levels
Leveraged Profit Systems provides you with;
- A done-for-you website with a custom capture page,
- Autoresponder,
- Training and support.
Each of the 5 membership levels provides you with a few extra guidebooks and plans. The higher the level you take, you’ll receive more benefits of larger value such as seminars/coaching sessions.
- Level 1 - BRONZE Level ($500 + $167 Admin Fee = $667)
- Level 2 - SILVER Level ($1,500 + $247 Admin Fee = $1,747)
- Level 3 - GOLD Level ($3,500 + $347 Admin Fee = $3,847)
- Level 4 - PLATINUM Level ($7,500 + $447 Admin Fee = $7,947)
- Level 5 - DIAMOND Level ($11,000 + $547 Admin Fee = $11,547)
It also pays a 100% referral commission if you successfully recruit someone, capped by your joining fee. For example, if you are on level 2 and your referral joins level 1 and pays $500, all the $500 will be passed to you. But your referral joins level 3 or above, it’ll be capped by the level you’re on, so you’ll only receive $1,500.
Is Leveraged Profit Systems a Ponzi Scheme?
A Ponzi scheme is an investment scheme where members generate income simply by referring others. It’s considered illegal in many countries since members receive nothing tangible in exchange for their membership fees.
LPS does provide you with tools, guides, and training. But there are some facts to suggest that the system is very similar to a typical Ponzi scheme;
- It’s heavily driven by its own referral compensation scheme. The tools and training are prepared primarily to promote LPS itself.
- The rates of admin fees are corresponding to the levels, but how each level differentiates the benefits given to members is unclear (apart from the rates of compensation.)
- Invitation-only and a new member’s joining fee will be simply passed to their referrer. Hence no value is derived from the transaction. I’ll elaborate on this in a little while.
For the above reasons, it seems to me that Leveraged Profit Systems is very close to a Ponzi scheme. Whether it is or not, I see quite a few “red flags” - questionable points in what’s described on the sales page. I’ll explain the points one by one.
The Owner Is Hidden
By far, the biggest problem with Leveraged Profit Systems is that we don’t know who’s behind it. The Earnings Disclaimer at the bottom of the sales page reads, “We believe in hard work and serving others with excellence and constancy... Our programs will help you grow your personal brand…”
But who’s talking? You don't want someone with no name, no face to tell you about brand recognition, do you? “Our proven system”... They can’t keep their ID hidden and insist something is proven, you know what I mean?
The only thing that may add credibility to the invitation page is the video testimonials posted by the current users. You may recognize some of them as network marketers from YouTube. But apart from that, a fake person is insisting it's real - there's no way we can believe it.
The Risk Of Verbal Agreement
The sales page is full of phrases such as “secrets of internet marketing”, “generate money online”, “webinar”, “internet success system”, etc. But to join Leverage Profit Systems, you’ll have to make a telephone call and speak to someone.
Why can’t they simply provide a secure credit card payment gateway? They are sales experts, most likely to do whatever it takes to sell you a package. There is no written agreement so if anything happens, you cannot legally challenge them. Speak to someone you don’t know on the phone to join a “make money online” scheme - could it be riskier than this? Why would you put your foot in it?
No Legal Pages Are Available
The terms and Conditions page or User Agreement should be available to you before you make a payment to take the service - or any service. LPS is invitation-only, but the actual invitation is publicly available. So the legal disclosures should be publicly available too, but they’re not.
Cash and Checks...Why On Earth?
The LPS owner says you can receive cash, checks, money orders...and all. If that sounds attractive to you, something’s wrong with you. You may be blacklisted by banks for whatever reasons, or seeking to conceal information from the tax authorities?
It's 2021, there’s no reason why you would want to receive your income by any other means than electronically. I would strongly advise you to stay away from anyone who proposes a physical cash transfer (e.g. sending money to your address by courier.)
Passing Joining Fee Directly To Referrer
So you verbally agree with a network marketer that you don't know, pass all your joining fees to them, and the joining fee itself does not correspond to tangible benefits...
Here's the risk.
Imagine I’m a Leverage Profit Systems member and successfully get you to join in but in a dishonest way.
I say to you, “Pay me the $500 deposit now just to secure the deal. LPS will reimburse all of it to you within 24 hours.” Then I disappear soon after I get your $500.
If that kind of thing happened, would the LPS owner take full responsibility for my (the current member's) misconduct?
I very much doubt it, because there’s no legal disclosure.
It Could All Disappear
A lack of founder information, no legal disclosure, and a privately registered site domain also means that everything could disappear tomorrow, and if it happens, you won't be able to trace it.
Targeting “Scam Victims”
I’m not going to - and I shouldn’t - judge if Leverage Profit Systems is a scam or legit purely based on the sales video. But the content of this very video is exactly what I’ve seen in many scam products I’ve reviewed in the past few years;
- The owner, the script narrated by a male voice actor says, “I’m real. I don’t lie or bend the truth.” But as I mentioned earlier, he doesn’t reveal his identity.
- The video content is entirely focused on how much he makes, lives a life of luxury, and suggests that you can do the same.
- He tells you what LPS is not, but he doesn’t tell you exactly what you’re supposed to do. (“No selling is required. This is not cash gifting. This is not an MLM…”)
I’m not just saying the video content is deceptive. Listen, this is important;
If you’ve seen one of these before, and if you know you can’t take any of it seriously, you’ll simply close the browser, right?
But the sales page tells you to make sure to watch the entire video before you make a call and join the scheme. It means that LPS is targeting those who easily buy into all this nonsense. In other words - I'm gonna repeat it - based on the sales video content, I am not saying LPS is a scam. But it is targeting the same people who easily fall victim to scammers, using the same sales strategy. I hope that makes sense.
Leveraged Profit Systems Pros and Cons
Pros
Cons
Leveraged Profit Systems Review - Conclusion:
If you’re interested in earning affiliate marketing commissions by recruiting others, Leveraged Profit Systems does offer an opportunity. But there are too many reasons that you wouldn’t want to recommend this scheme. The sales video is too embarrassing to share with others. Terms & conditions are not available. You cannot say to others “This is great but I don’t know who the founder is.”
A one-off payment to solely focus on the system itself, which means there's no vertical expansion. Making money through this scheme is not something I consider a sustainable affiliate marketing method. That's my personal opinion.
How I "Finally" Make Over $6,000 Monthly Income
"The most valuable thing I've ever done!"
This is an interesting article…the video for LPS says that their program is ethical and legal but then the style of the system of this money system itself is basically like a cash-gifting or "ponzi scheme" by another name, but I know why people want to join this program–these are desperate times and people need money like never before…but apparently there are better ways of doing that to go for that don't cost an arm and a leg…there might even be something people can do for free that's not too complicated.
Hi Joel, thanks for sharing your thoughts. Yes as you say, a growing number of people may look for new ways to earn extra cash. And when they’re desperate, they’re blinded by sales tactics and forget the fact the scheme may be illegal or the person behind it is hidden. There are better ways, but the ONLY legitimate way to earn a decent income online is to run your own business, which is not too complicated but takes time and effort, just like any other business. Thanks for your comment, I wish you all the best.
