It's better to die free than live life in a cage.
When you are young, you many not realize this as much - spend the rest of your life doing what you really want to do as a career. Not what you're supposed to do. Not the job you simply think you're good at. Not the job someone recommended. Many of us go through life without ever taking the time to discover what we really want to do. We just sort of end up doing whatever it is that we’re doing, without ever stopping to think about whether or not it’s what we truly want.
Don't waste your life that way. Get out of your cage and discover as many possibilities.
Your life is only as good as your mindset.
The biggest risk in life is not taking any risk.
What Is Your Ideal Career?
Your ideal career is the one that you would be happy doing every day for the rest of your life. It is the career that allows you to use your natural talents and abilities to their fullest potential. It is the career that brings you a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment, both personally and professionally.
You can start by taking a personality test or a career aptitude test to help narrow down your options. You can also talk to friends, family, and mentors who might be able to offer some insight into what kind of career would be a good fit for you. Or to shadow someone in a field that interests you. This will give you a first-hand look at what the day-to-day reality of that particular job is really like.
Once you have explored all of your options and done some soul-searching, it should become clear which career is the right fit for you. Pursuing your ideal career will take hard work and dedication, but it will be worth it in the end when you are finally doing something that you love.
You are meant for something amazing in your life.
SOMETHING will happen, if you never give up.
Discover Your Talent
Pay attention to what you enjoy doing. What activities make you lose track of time? What do you find yourself thinking about even when you're not doing it? These are clues that you may have a natural aptitude for something.
Take some time to try new things. Trying different things is the only way to really find out what you're good at. And even if you don't find your true talent right away, you might just have fun in the process.
When you know what you're good at, you can focus your energies on developing that skill. When you enjoy what you're doing, that will lead to a more positive outlook on life. You’ll start to set a realistic goals and expectations for yourself. It can also provide a sense of direction and purpose in your life. Also, when you share your talents with others, you can enrich their lives as well.
Never forget those who helped you achieve your goals.

Brainstorming Ideas of What You Wanted To Be When You Were Younger
What did you want to be when you grew up? Write down some of your ideas, no matter how silly or impossible they may seem. Then take a look at your list and see if there are any common themes or threads running through them. Do any of your childhood dream jobs still sound appealing to you now? If not, what has changed about your interests and goals since then? And if so, what can you do to make those dreams a reality?
Whether or not your childhood dream job is something you still want to pursue, it's worth spending some time brainstorming and reflecting on what it was that drew you to that particular field or occupation in the first place. Understanding our motivations and goals can help us make better choices about our future careers - even if we end up taking a completely different path than we originally planned.
The greatest gift you can give someone is your time, your love, and your attention.
Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.
What Occupation Did You End Up Becoming?
Many of us have taken a different path from our childhood dream and ended up in a career that is very different from what we imagined. If you're not doing what you wanted to do as a child, what caused you to change your mind? Was it a specific event or experience? Or did you just realize over time that another field was a better fit for you?
You ain't got but one life. You ought to live it the way you want. [Samuel L. Jackson]
It may take a day, it may take a year. But what's meant to be will find its way.
What advice would you have for children who are trying to decide what they want to do with their lives?
What advice would you give to them? You would probably say;
"Don't be afraid to try new things. If you're not sure what you want to do, experiment with different activities and see what feels right for you. You never know where your interests will take you".
"Be patient and keep exploring. It takes time to figure out what you want to do with your life."
"Keep talking to people and trying new things until you find something that feels right for you."
"Whatever you do, make sure you enjoy it!"
What do you think? Is it because that's how you discovered your career while you were young? Or is it because you regret that you didn't?
It's never too late to change YOUR direction in life, you know.
Keep going. In a year from now you'll thank yourself.
Control your emotions or they will control you.
Go Out and Meet Successful People Who Can Inspire You
When you are around people who have already achieved what you want to achieve, they can inspire and motivate you to achieve your own success. If you want to be successful, find a mentor or go out and meet other successful people.
They can help you learn what it takes to be successful and can motivate you to achieve your own goals. Additionally, meeting successful people can help you develop important relationships that can provide opportunities and resources down the road.
Hard times teach us valuable lessons.
Program yourself to believe in yourself.
Meet Successful People Online
“Meeting people” doesn’t have to be attending conferences or networking events in your area. Because if you’re not a smooth talker, you may end up standing in the corner of the room, being ignored for hours, and that would be just a waste of time.
You can use online resources such as LinkedIn to find and connect with successful people in the field you’re interested in. Once you have connected with someone, just listening to their success story can inspire you to start with.
Do what you love, enjoy it fully, and the money will come to you.
If your success was earned through HARD WORK and HONESTY, NEVER apologize for it. [Frank Sonnenberg]
What To Do When You Chat With Them
Stay respectful and humble. You should also be prepared to listen to their stories and advice. Ask them questions about their journey to success, and take notes on what they share with you. Remember that these people are busy and don't have a lot of time, so don't monopolize their time. Finally, be sure to follow up with them after your online chat and keep in touch.
Don't be busy. Be productive.
Never stop trying. Never stop believing. Never give up. Your day will come.
Redevelop Your Skills
Have you rediscover what you really want to do for the rest of your life? Then find out what you can do to redevelop the knowledge and skills that you may (or may not) already have.
The internet is a treasure trove of resources for anyone looking to improve their skills. You can find online courses on just about anything these days, from cooking and gardening to web development and accounting.
Most online courses are self-paced, which means you can work through them at your own pace and around your own schedule. This is great for busy adults who want to learn new things but don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to traditional classroom learning.
There are also many free online courses available if you’re on a tight budget. While you may not get the same level of interaction with a free course, you can still learn a lot and develop your skills.
Once you’ve found a few courses that interest you, take some time to read the reviews before enrolling. This will help you make sure that the course is high quality and worth your time and money.
Trust the vibes you get, energy doesn't lie.
It's up to me to create the life I want.
Find a Mentor
A mentor is someone who can help guide you through the early stages of your career. A mentor can provide advice and support, and can help you navigate the challenges of early adulthood.
Mentors can be found in online communities that mentioned earlier. Select someone who you respect and who has the ability to offer helpful advice. Once you’ve found a mentor, be sure to nurture the relationship by staying in touch and being respectful of their time.
If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you.
#MONSLEY I'm alive. Motivated. Determined. And ready to SLAY THE DAY.
Never Too Late!
When it comes to your career, it's never too late to start anew. No matter where you are in your professional journey, you can always make a fresh start by doing what you want to do.
And that doesn't mean making any drastic changes or big leaps; it can simply be a matter of revisiting your goals and recalibrating your approach. It can be easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind of work and let your long-term aspirations fall by the wayside.
But if you take some time to focus on what you really want to achieve, you can begin making small changes that will put you on the path to success. It might be as simple as taking on a new project at work that aligns with your interests or signing up for a class that will help develop new skills.
Whatever it is, don't be afraid to pursue your passions and rebuild your career from the ground up. You may surprise yourself with just how far you can go.
